I have no title for this post.

Exactly. I'm getting less and less creative. This has been kind of a long day.

I had to stay after Church all day for the play rehearsal. From 2-6. I stayed in the greenroom the whole time except for filling someone else's role in scene 1, because I didn't get called for the ONE scene I was in at the mid rivers campus, which was the party scene. So I was there for, like, nothing. And It was four hours of nothing, PLUS heavy loads of makeup. And I was exhausted!

So I curled up in my favourite chair (the computer chair) with hot cocoa and milk and cookies and pretzels, (lol) and my mom said she'd make whatever I wnated for dinner, which, of course, was Mashed potatoes and gravy.Ü

What shall I write about?

Well, there's alot to talk about. I found someone using one of my blinkies today! Yay! But that's beside the point.

I was really dissapointed because Hawk Nelson isn't coming for a WinterJam this year but they came last year when i couldn't go! But that's also very, very, random. I want those Hawk Nelson socks and that hoodie =D

I'm going to change the layout, hopefully, soon. I have it almost ready but not quite. And... I've been thinking about buying flash, but I'm not sure, because it looks kind of challenging. And I don't know how much it costs.

This is kind of random, but I watched "Meet the Robinsons" last night, abd I really liked it! A lot! Ok, I loved it.

I'm Busy

People say "Oh you're homeschooled, do you like it?" Some of them say, "well I was homeschooled but I didn't like it" or "you're so lucky you're homeschooled." Alot of people think I get to sleep in, do nothing all day, or that I'm unsocial, bored to tears, etc.
But, really, I'm extremely busy, my business is the reason for my absence on my blog. I have choir, voice lessons, writing classes, literature classes, band, I babysit, I have friends, I have rehearsals, practice, and on top of that I have school at home. I had to drop a couple things to do everything I'm doing this year. I'm going to start taking some college classes, and clepp out of some classes, too!

Anyway, I've been busy and haven't had time to get on here. But I have made a layout I'm going to setup, probably. I set up our youth group(f3) website,
Swat Squared
and I thought it turned out ok. But the font needs to be changed. It's not been approved by the leader yet.

Silver Ring Thing

That's a new icon I added a few days ago.

So Last night I went to "The Silver Ring Thing" and got my purity ring! It says 1Thes. 4:3-4. It was pretty good, a little odd, O.o and a ton of people were there! A lot of people from other Churches came to our Church for this. I saw alot of people I knew there. I was surprised at how many kids were there! But the ring sizers they had said I was a 7.5, which is what I though. But the rings run small, and I had to get an 8.5! It's a cool-looking ring.

Layout change?

I'm already bored with the layout-- It's not really "rainbow-y". So I was thinking red background, white template.. and next time I'll make it with actual post so people and comment on my posts. (Of course, I will have to alter the coding of the title and stuff... =D) Maybe just black text, and a green sidebar? But I can't make a new layout for this until I have time for the SWAT site's layout. I'm having trouble with the background.

Chase (my brother) has been getting on alot. WHich means that during my ONLY freetime(which is very rare) between Mom and Chase, I can never get on. Dx
so when can I update? NEVER. I can't get anything done. It's not fair, being so busy, plus he family members... grr! It's so hard!

Plus all of my memorizing! It's hard enough to get down Phillipians for Bible Quizzing, but now my band teacher wants us to memorize a song so we can march while playing, and I have to memorize answers for clep tests, and science tests are getting worse at that! And I have to remember where I'm going when, memorize my lines for the play, and there's no time for anything else! This all just makes Quizzing harder. =C I don't like it- quizzing against people who jump without words. They make me so angry! I'm being obedient to my couch- by waiting for words- and no one else is. Which means ZiP queztions for me.

Oh, and my choir teacher almost kicked me out by miscommunication. On the spot! I said, "I'm going to have to drop out of this performance" talking about another performance, and she said, "Well you're not in choir at all." Freaked me out. Hah, what's funny is, if your cell goes off in choir, she'll take in until your parent comes in to get it, and if it goes off during band, my teacher says "Someone wanna go answer their phone?" It's so funny how different they are!

YES!!! I updated my animations page, it's actually my icon page, and added an icon I made last night to it. I realized that some of my other icons (Guppy & Friends) aren't up there! So I wll add them soon. I also realized that on my coding the link was directing to the wrong site. So /if/ you used an icon you may want to change the link on it. I doubt anybody really reads my blog... I need to start selling stuff! So I would spend alot more time on the icons if I got a little more feedback on what people like. All of the feedback I get goes to an account I /very/ /very/ rarely check(like NEVER) so it's deleted before I get there. Please comment (down at the bottom- the "real" post) on what you think.

Yesterday I mowed the lawn, ate a million cookies, then did 100 sit-ups before bed. Ugh.

Rest

Yep, peaceful rest. Yesterday, amazingly enough, I got my school done by 11:30 AM, and was free the rest of the day! It was fun to sit around and do nothing, play video games, check email, etc. But I forgot to do my four verses for Bible quizzing.

Lol, it should take kme five days to memorize Phillipians 3, right? But I've only done two days... I tried the third day, but verse nine was hard, and it was like 10:45 after a long day.

Anyway, then today, after staying up past midnight last night, waking up at eight (I can't sleep in anymore!), and taking a shower, I still had to mow the lawn, then take another shower, before lunch. Then I basically played couch potatoe with the video games.

Didn't really beat any levels on any games or whatever. I did yesterday. I convinced myself that I'm not a video game dork because most of my friends play more than me... lol. My friends aren't dorks. Well maybe we are. But not like video game dorks? Lol... whatever. I do play the rpg videogames.. but I'm not addicted. I haven't played one in AT LEAST two months until this week. I'm way too busy, and I found myself bored.

So now that I've given you a really boring documentary of everything I've ever done in the past couple of days, I'll say that Jeff came home last night (second oldest brother) and he's staying until Sundya,although he slept in until 2:oo today -_-
I really do miss having my big brothers around all of the time.

Praise to Jesus

Yes! Oh I was so worried. In choir, my teacher says about concerts;
"You WILL NOT MISS."
Or she will kick you out. So I got this speaking part in a play at my Church, and it's so awesome. Our Church is really big, and my speaking part is in four performances. I am so excited about it, right? Been trying out for years, taking classes, whatnot. Performing is my passion.(singing is my #1 passion except my Savior Jesus) But my Choir concert is on the same night as one of the performances. There's one weekend at West Campus for Church and one weekend for our Main campus. The four performances that I'm in are on the west campus weekend. I wasn't sure which one the concert was on, and, I thank God, my choir concert is on the main campus, where there's just two performances, so I'm safe! Ü ♫♪

Hawk Nelson and Leeland

WAHHH. Leeland is coming and I don't get to be there because I'm babysitting my brother. And Hawk Nelson came but with the revolve tour, and I had quizzing so I didn't get to see them either, and I LOVE Jason Michael Dunn!!!!!! lol. I don't know why. I hope you like my video, my plan was to change it to "California" sometime, but I think this is my favourite video. And "Activate" by Stellar Kart. I just bought Leeland cd a couple weeks ago, and Red two weeks before that. I have a varying taste in music, I like alot of it. Did you know The Fray's lead singer is actually a Crhistian who used to write Christian music but it wasn't working. So they started writing songs that ask questions that make people think and stuff, is what I read.

Blah.... wish I wasn't last chair in band. And that I wasn't in the front row of choir each week. Dang 2cd row hogs! lol.

So Brad(my brother) is going to visit every three weeks- IN THE MIDDLE OF THE WEEK- to see his fiancee and stuff, but it throws off my school schedule. Whatever. I love 'em all anyway. I prob won't see Jeff until Thanksgiving, and Chase is still here 24/7...

Oh it's cold now! On Sunday we got our air conditioner fixed, because it broke and it was HOT, now we need our furnace fixed because it's COLD (to me- 'specially in the mornings) and IT'S not working.

HOT!!!

It's been HOT these past few days, I'm going swimming! I'm dying over here!

I haven't posted in a couple weeks, woops. I need to get a facebook, otherwise how do I stay in touch besides email? I keep meeting people who say "do you have facebook?" and sadly, my answer is always, "Not yet." =(

My brother visited for a couple days, then went back to Manhattan(KS) for the K-state game. Quizzing was on saturday, boy have I done a bad job, but it's not really my fault. Perhaps I shall explain tomorrow, but it's too depressing today.

Red Hair Finally Gone

Yes, that's right, I believe it may possibly be gone. I was wondering if it was permanet because I straightened it after putting it in... but after the thirty minutes and rinsing it out, so I thought it was ok. It lasted a little longer than it was supposed to, but that's ok with me. I already have natural highlights in the sun, and there may still be a little unnatural red but it should be gone soon. I'm planning on re-doing it on Thursday or Friday when I have time. But I'm extremely busy. I need like 45 minutes to do it.

Other than that, I just found out the two classes I take with Annie are two DIFFERENT classes... that would explain alot. Haha, I can be SO stupid. I mean, i guess maybe I knew but didn't put it together like I should have. Writing and literature... THAT'S why I needed a divider!
FYI: I am not really this stupid, you know.

Oh look, we're in Kansas!

So we drove up to Kansas Friday night, well actually, we drove to Excelsior Springs and spent the night at my grandma and grandpa's. Then early in the morning all of us(including the grandparents) went in our van to visit Brad first, who lives in Tapeka. His apartment was nice. Pretty clean, too. Then we were driving to see Jeff, after examining every nook and cranny of Brad's place and asking a bunch of questions and telling him we hoped he would sleep better.

But we pulled up to this stoplight, and this really nice car pulled up beside us. If you know me very well, you know I have these crazy ideas for a truck as my vehicle as soon as I turn 16. So I was taking all of the details in, and I involuntarily found myself nodding. The guy driving the car, with these big, black sunglasses says, "Hey. How are you doing?" or something like that, and I heard him say it, too! I started laughing so hard! My little brother goes, "Mom, this guy just said 'Hey' to Rachel."

And then, this is the good part, my grandma says, "Don't look at him, Rachel."
It was like it was straight out of Cat Ballou, where the teacher(at the begginning) syas, "Oh, don't look at him, Catherine." I was cracking up. Then we got to go to Jeff's dorm, wow does he have a lot of guy friends. It actually smelled ok, too! It was alot nicer than last year's dorm. They all came out and talked with us. A couple of them just smiled the whole time though. They must like company, or Jeff.
I hate when I have to eat so much fast-food. I'm going to work-out hard core this week.

National Talk Like A Pirate Day

I TOTALLY forgot it was yesterday, so I was pretty bummed cause for some reaosn I'd been looking forward to it all month-I know i'm weird.

A little bit of a bummer today. So I pretty much STUNK at my audition for Chairs in band, right? But what shocked me is that I was prepared for the worst, and the worst was so much worse than I thought, or so I thought. Out of six chairs, I got fifth.
I was really tired, so when I found out, I cried. I WAS ACTUALLY LAST because one of the girls didn't even have to audition. This is my fourth year in band. My band teacher is like the nicest person on earth compared to my choir teacher! I was irritated.
But then I remind myself of my blessings,

• At our second campus for Church I got the part I most wanted.
• I'm a soprano in choir(I can't sing low).
• I'm taking voice with an amazing person
• I have a babysitting job at Church and two to three other times a week.
• I'm learning guitar, and Jeff might help me with my song.
• I have great friends I hang out with at everything I go to. (Aka: Annie's in choir, band, her and her sister in literature twice a week,)
• I got to go to the zoo and see the elephants.

f3- S.W.A.T²

Today we had our first f3(Youth group) and we decided on a name, it's so awesome! The name has a cool meaning, but I can't remember it exactly so I won't dare post it wrong and disgrace it.

My poor doggy didn't get ANY attention today! She's still outside, poor baby. I love my dog =P.

Random Nose Bleeds

..*ahem. It's not like I pick my nose or anything, lol. But I was talking to my friends yeserday while eating lunch outside of the History Museum, and I felt like water was coming out of my nose, so I tried to sniff it up- ok I know, TMI. Anyway so I touched my lip and all of the sudden there was blood all over my hand! I can't believe Annie wiped my hand with a napkin for me, lol!

I love signing, k? Don't get me wrong. But I can NOT STAND my choir teacher. She was nice and, dare I say, fun at choir camp. (A week-long class we had to take before choir started) But now she just tries to humiliate people! And Freshman girls have to sit on the front row, so she can scare us out of choir???
She acts like she's being private with you, but says it loud enough for 97 people to hear. Yes, 97 people in my choir. And I happen to be a soprano. A soprano who gets stuck in the front row and gets picked on by evil choir teacher. But it's not even l;ike she's reproving you! She's MAKING STUFF UP really loud! And acting like you're saying stuff back when you're not! It's so weird and I told myself today;

If I ever do anything (else) illegal, I would do it to my choir teacher.

It is SOO aggravating! I almost punched her! And the boys are like prodigy children!! 'Oooh, basses I love the basses.' If I had a choice I would be in another choir in a heartbeat, but the only way I can take voice with this amazing voice teacher is if I'm in her choir. UGH! I don't like her! What she said about me was so innapropriate I can't even type it! No wonder I quit her choir in third grade. And I thought that I was just a bad kid. Nope. I'm a stinking angel! Lol☺

Wow, do I miss camp.

It's amazing how much I remember and forget about camp. For instance, this inside joke;

Haha... well, that one was sort of my fault. Actually, I think it was. Plus we named every snake we saw. I opened my eyes one and there was one staring me in the eyes, a foot away from my nose. Anyway I miss the people, the interaction, the healthiness, lol. Probably because it's too cold to swim is why I'm suddenly reminiscing.

Today I bought the Red cd, but Leeland's cd wasn't in. My friend and I agreed to by each other a book series for Christmas. Lol.
**My friends (who where at camp and know the joke) get total freedom to use that icon wherever the want.

YES!! Thank you, Lord!!!
I got the part in the Christmas production in our church, for the West Campus! Alecia("Leash")!!! I'm so excited! It's a speaking part, and I'm also a party go-er at the Main Campus! I'm so blessed and so happy♥☺!

Today quizzing went ok...not the best I've ever done but it might have helped if I'd studied since Monday. Bible Quizzing rocks! I hope to finish memorizing all of Philippians and get all of Collossions. The one kid still looks at me weird... I don't blame him though.

My red hair is faded....almost completely gone. I wanted to get these real red highlights, or like fuschia, but then I saw this audition for someone who looked like "the girl-next-door", and I wondered if I had that at all going for me. Haha, I'm just being silly but I change things so much... and at the same time I can hate change.

Anyways, I'm thankful for God's blessings, it's really helping through all of my stress. I have to get my shirt done for the T-shirt design contest within the week, and I haven't even started. I have to go listen to my coronation anthems five times for choir, and I have to practice for band, plus school, literature classes and what about madrigal, and stuff at the West high school? Babysitting, my bank account, our pets, then studying for quizzing falls inbetween! And what about drama? Should I be taking classes? Audition for the community college? Dual-enrollment, College classes, clep and ACTs... and little, little, sleep. Hopefully I don't pass out. WHEN is there time to excersize? It's kinda cold to swim... and I can't get sweaty when I have to be somewhere!

Red Hair Dye

Oh boy... I finally convinced my parents to let me temporarily dye part of my hair red. I did it on Tuesday, I love it! I think I could convince them to let me get real red highlights, but next year I'm taking classes at West, and part of their dress code is no unnatural hair color. So that's a bummer.

Today at band I thought I heard someone say, "Her hair is-" "She dyed it" and a couple things like that, but I have no idea if they were talking about me or not. Well, it looks really cool, I'll take a picture of it and post it soon.

I added the Kingdom Hearts animations page, and POSSIBLY, POSSIBLY, POSSIBLY, I will make a page for blog layouts, if anyone likes them. Anyhoo, the other website hosting my icons is stupid, BUT they let me have free html, somethign Blogger doesn't neccisarily have. I have limited space here, so as soon as I can buy my own and be free- I'll be happy.

WooHoo!

I went shopping yesterday! Ooh I'm so excited to wear my dress-- It's so comfy! lol! I bought a couple pairs of jeans, they're really big but also very very comfy, and a bunch of tops on sale ☺
And I do not want it to be cold! I LOVE summer...I'm so sad, Dave miliken said "Summer's finally over!" at Church yesterday...I was like: SO NOT TRUE! LIAH![liar](I don't pronounce my words correctly too often, lol. As in "Mah" opposed to "my" etc. Somthing I picked up while being friends with Annie... O.o but I didn't really call him a liar.
